Return and Refund Policy
Overview
At Newperseverance, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your fan or humidifier, you may return it under the terms outlined below.
Return Window
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. This applies to all products unless specified otherwise.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be in new and unused condition.
- All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included.
- Products that are damaged, used, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the return authorization.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at support@newperseverance.com to request a return authorization. Include your order number and reason for the return.
2. Receive Return Instructions: After your request is approved, you will receive a return address via email.
3. Pack the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and any other items that came with the product.
4. Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided in the return instructions. Send us the tracking number of the returning parcel and your order number.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.
If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 2 business days.
If the item is found to be ineligible for return, you will be notified, and you can choose to have the item sent back to you at your expense.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Items: We cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.
- All Other Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
- Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
We do not support exchanges. If you wish to exchange your fan or humidifier for a different model, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. The refund for the returned item will be processed as described above.
Restocking Fee
All returned products will be free of restocking fees.
Final Sale Items
Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. These items will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Lost Package
Not delivered
Customers should contact customer service within 7 days of the estimated delivery date and provide order details to report the issue. Once the package is verified to be lost, we will provide a full refund or free replacement of the item.
Delivered
Once the carrier marks the package as delivered, we consider the package delivered. We are unable to process refunds or exchanges for packages that are shown as delivered.
Warranty Information
All fans and humidifiers come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. If a product fails due to a defect within this period, please contact customer service for assistance.
