Shipping Locations
Please note that we only ship to the United States and we are not accepting orders from other countries at this time.
Order Handling Time
It takes 1-3 business days for our warehouse to process your order after we receive your paid order, and we will email you a shipping email with a tracking number once the order has been processed.
Order Cut-Off Time
Most orders placed by 5 PM EST will be processed and shipped out the next business day. Orders are held if we cannot verify your shipping address or if your billing details are flagged by our fraud detection. Newperseverance is not responsible for any processing delays beyond our control.
Transit Time
Orders are expected to arrive within 3-5 business days.
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
Free Shipping
All items in our store have free shipping throughout the United States.
About Taxes
We are pleased to inform you that we do not charge any taxes or additional fees for any goods purchased in our store. The price you see at checkout is the final price you will pay—there are no hidden charges!
Order Changes/Cancellation Requests
We are unable to combine multiple orders. We cannot cancel or make changes to the details of an order once it has been submitted to our warehouse. Orders are submitted to our warehouse daily at 5 PM EST. Please contact us ASAP if you notice an error in your order details.
Tracking Your Packages
You will receive one or more tracking numbers on the confirmation e-mail we send you when your order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check the status of your package at our shipping carriers' online stores.
Carrier Shipping Delays
Newperseverance is not responsible for any carrier-caused shipping delays.
Shipping Damage Claims
If you suspect your products were damaged during transit, please do not remove any items and keep the packaging as is. If we file an insurance claim, we may ask you to take pictures of the damage. We will send you a new unit ASAP. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery. please contact us at support@newperseverance.com.
